In 30 seconds, I will explain to you why this advert will not work:
Visual: You have the audiences attention for a split second, and the message needs to resonate with them immediately. You can only identify that this is a seller testimonial on the 5th line.
Visual Alternative: Show a photo of the house sold, with sold sign over it. Immediately you can capture the attention of the audience and resonate with other potential sellers. In terms of the testimonial, if you are going to include any of it it needs to be brief
“there are not enough words to express our satisfaction.. because of his expertise and demeaour”.

Ad Copy: this for me is just all wrong. Trent scares the audience by saying selling can be intimidating and stressful. This is ok if you offer a solution to the problem, but to simply say you can reduce these experiences by having ‘a good agent in your corner’ is weak.
Ad Copy Alternative: If you are going to use fear to advertise and generate leads, you need the following 4 components.

Call To Action: this is what we are asking the audience / ie the homeowner to do. In this instance, you can see that Trent is asking them to visit his instagram. This is after he has asked the audience ‘to get in touch today’. This is simply not strong enough to evoke an immediate response froma potential seller.
CTA Alternative: ‘I would have something like ‘Click here for the blueprint we used to sell this property over asking price 100% free’.
Remember, we must sell the dream to initiate the conversations. From there once we have their attention, we can educate them on the full process and start closing deals.
